These Terms of Use govern how you engage with HARCAI LLC’s websites, waitlist, research programs, and any pre-release materials shared by our team. 本使用條款規範你與 HARCAI LLC 之網站、等候名單、研究計畫及團隊提供之封測素材之互動方式。
Acceptance 接受條款
By submitting the waitlist form or accessing pre-release briefings, you agree to these Terms of Use and represent that you are authorized to do so on behalf of your organization. 送出等候名單或存取封測簡報，即表示你同意本條款並確認已獲得代表所屬組織的授權。
Pre-release status 封測狀態
HARCAI is not generally available. Features may be added, removed, or substantially changed without notice. Any prototypes or documents shared are confidential unless we state otherwise. HARCAI 尚未正式開放。功能可能隨時新增、移除或重大調整，恕不另行通知。除非另有說明，所有原型或文件皆屬保密內容。
Prohibited uses 禁止行為
- Attempting unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or vulnerability scanning. 嘗試未經授權的存取、逆向工程或漏洞掃描。
- Automated scraping, spam submissions, or other abuse of our waitlist and research tools. 自動化爬取、垃圾資訊投遞或其他濫用等候名單／研究工具的行為。
- Using HARCAI materials to build competing datasets or models without written permission. 未經書面許可，使用 HARCAI 資料製作競爭性資料集或模型。
Availability and warranties 可用性與保證
Services are provided “as is” during pre-release. We do not guarantee uptime, data preservation, or specific delivery timelines. 封測期間的服務皆依「現狀」提供，恕不保證上線時間、資料保存或特定交付時程。
Governing law 準據法
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Final jurisdiction selections will be confirmed with counsel and updated in future revisions. 本條款受美國法律管轄。最終之管轄地將待法律顧問確認後於未來版本更新。
